Nice to meet you

Hi, I'm Conny.

I am a self-made entrepreneur in human resources. I founded my first company, Accent Jobs, when I was 31. That "firstborn" is now one of the biggest HR players in Europe.Today I mainly want to make a positive difference for women in businessas a headhunter bringing more diversity to boards, and as an investor in companies led by women.

Three passions, one mission.

From family holding to investment fund, it's all about giving women a stronger place in the business world.

01 · Entrepreneurship

My addiction.

Thanks to a fantastic team and the buy-and-build strategy of Naxicap and Bain Capital, Accent Jobs has grown into House of HR, a holding with more than 10 entities. At The Birdhouse I guide start-ups through their first steps.

02 · Diversity

Smart companies choose diversity.

With Stella P., stella polaris, the pole star, we look for the right external directors with the right profile and expertise to help ambitious companies grow.

Give diversity every chance
03 · Investing in women

We Are Jane.

A European investment fund, mainly for women and by women. We support companies with predominantly female management that are ready for a next chapter.

The book

Resilient women.

During the pandemic I saw too many women throw in the towel. So I challenged myself: to write a book based on interviews with 13 leading entrepreneurs worldwide, determined to leave their mark on the world after covid.
